If you are a resident of the city and experience any flooding in your basement due to the recent rain/ snow melt, please call our Water Pollution Control department mainline at (330) 841-2591 to report it.
The information you provide during the call is recorded and maintained in a database which allows us to prioritize both immediate responses as well as plan for long term solutions
