The City of Warren, as fiscal agent for the Warren-Trumbull HOME Consortium, has been granted $2.6 million from the HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan to provide homeless assistance and supportive services in its jurisdiction. The City of Warren Community Development Department is requesting that you complete the Survey below and return it before December 30, 2022. The Survey will be utilized when preparing the Funding Allocation Plan that is required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. We appreciate your time and comments.
