he City Transformation Team of Hubbard (Police Chaplains) has established a support group devoted solely to the task of walking alongside friends and families of those struggling with substance or alcohol use disorders. We call our group C.A.R.E. (Community, Awareness, Response, and Education).
Please accept our invitation to attend a Town Hall Meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 20th at 6:30 pm at the Hubbard Public Library located at 436 W. Liberty Street, Hubbard, OH 44425. Our theme is “Addiction, a Family Affliction.”
