LEGAL NOTICE

CITY OF WARREN SUMMIT STREET DAM REMOVAL PROJECT

REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN BUILD TEAMS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio, will accept sealed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ's) from Design / Build Teams until 11:00 a.m., April 25, 2022 at the office of the Director, Engineering, Planning, and Building, City of Warren, 540 Laird Avenue, S.E., Warren, Ohio, 44484, for the Summit Street Dam Removal Project.

This project involves the removal of the Summit Street Dam and associated work on the Mahoning River, within the City of Warren. The selected Design/Build Team shall perform the tasks described in the RFQ Summary Documents available as described below.  The RFQ Summary Documents include project related studies including instructions on how to submit a Design/Build Team Statement of Qualifications for this specific project.  There is no charge for this information.

Electronic RFQ Summary Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by email request only to the contact above. No hard copy RFQ Summary Documents associated with this project will be provided by the Issuing Office.

Each Design / Build Team shall submit a total of six (6) printed copies of the SOQ and one flash drive that contains all submitted documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside of the envelope "Statement of Qualifications for the City of Warren Summit Street Dam Removal Project”.
