City of Cortland recently issued the following announcement.
Electric – Fixed Rate = 5.05 cents per kWh through July 2023
Gas – Variable Rate = NYMEX + $ .10/Mcf ($ .05/Mcf below Dominion rate) through Sept 30, 2022
