Graduates earn 7 degrees, certificates from American National University-Youngstown

About 85.7 percent of the 7 degrees and certificates handed out by American National University-Youngstown in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Youngstown conferred 4 associate's degrees and 2 certificates in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in surgical technology/technologist. Data shows the school gave out 4 associate's degrees in surgical technology/technologist, followed by 2 certificates in phlebotomy technician/phlebotomist and 1 associate's degrees in general business administration and management.
